#1 Get a Deep Fryer

If you don’t have a deep fryer, now is the right time to get one. You can’t pan-fry a turkey since it won’t fit on the pan. Likewise, it’ll be tough to deep-fry a turkey in a pan. It has to be submerged in boiling oil to assure both the exterior and the insides of the meat are cooked.

#2 Select Your Turkey

Buy a turkey at a local meat shop or grocery store. Find a turkey that is between 10 to 20 pounds. Make sure it is enough to create several servings so that every person in the family, including guests, can get a piece.

After buying the turkey, thaw the meat if frozen. Do it before frying. Also, discard the neck and giblets in the turkey cavity.

#3 Prepare the Stuffing
